The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any school, PTA, PTO, school district, or government agency.
Open only to legal residents of the State of California who are at least 18 years of age as of the entry date and who are affiliated with a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), or equivalent parent group at a K-12 school physically located within Southern California (the "Eligible Region").
The following are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of Sponsor, and any party involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on May 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 14, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
To enter, complete and submit the online entry form at thecarnivalfunexperts.com/pta during the Entry Period. All entry fields marked as required must be completed for the entry to be valid. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, contain inaccurate or fraudulent information, are mechanically reproduced, or are submitted by any means other than as described herein are void.
To enter without using the online form, hand-print your full name, school name, PTA/PTO role, mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in an envelope with first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by Sponsor no later than June 19, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope per person. Mail-in entries have an equal chance of winning as online entries.
Limit one (1) entry per PTA/PTO/parent group per school. If multiple entries are received for the same school, only the first valid entry received during the Entry Period will be considered. Limit one (1) entry per individual entrant across all methods of entry. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or addresses to submit more than one entry will result in disqualification of all entries.
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee on or about June 17, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant will be notified by email and telephone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The selected entrant must respond and accept the prize within seven (7) business days of first notification attempt. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, is ineligible, fails to accept the prize within the required time, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
The selected entrant may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of receipt to claim the prize.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,200 USD.
The prize covers one (1) single school event of up to three (3) hours' duration. Attendant staffing is not included in the prize and may be added at standard rates. The prize must be redeemed for an event date occurring within twelve (12) months of the drawing date. Event must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. No prize substitution or assignment by winner.
All event dates are subject to Sponsor's availability and operating capacity at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee availability on any specific date, day of the week, or season. Saturdays and dates during peak event periods (including but not limited to fall festival season, the December holiday season, and the May/June end-of-school period) are typically in highest demand and fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
After the drawing, Sponsor will work in good faith with the winner to identify a mutually agreeable event date within the 12-month redemption window. If the winner and Sponsor are unable to agree on an available event date within the 12-month redemption window, the prize is forfeited and no substitute prize, credit, refund, or cash equivalent will be issued.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize (including, without limitation, income taxes) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may report the value of the prize to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service to the extent required by applicable law. The winner is encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding any tax implications of accepting the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents (except where prohibited by law) to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, voice, photograph, likeness, school name, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
The winner may decline publicity use by notifying Sponsor in writing within seven (7) business days of being notified of selection; declining publicity does not affect the winner's right to receive the prize.
Personal information collected during entry is used by Sponsor solely to administer the Sweepstakes, contact entrants regarding their entry or the drawing, fulfill the prize, and (with the entrant's separate opt-in consent) for follow-up marketing related to school carnival events. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties. See Sponsor's privacy policy for full details.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes in whole or in part if any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause). In such event, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct the drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, illegible, or postage-due entries; (b) any technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connections, hardware, software, or network equipment; (c) any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (d) any injury or damage to any person's computer, mobile device, or property related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, damage, claims, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or enjoyment of the prize, or attendance at the school event at which the prize is delivered.
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. The parties waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes.
